VoIP's good news for consumers: a rarely used, but the main features of Internet phone service just got a big increase: to take your phone with you on the road, make and receive calls from the same number at the same low cost.

Problem with this idea that usually has ADAPTER take your road and you connect your regular phone and the Internet, or VoIP provider of software you install anything you want to use - usually limit your choices and use your own laptop computer.

Vonage has come to provide solutions that will help users realize the full potential of VoIP: V-Phone. V-Phone is a keychain device - especially the size of a USB drive and Vonage software and your user ID before their publication - that you can plug in any USB port of a Windows-based computers and broadband access, mobile internet services Instant.

This device is very easy to use: you plug in a USB port and automatically loads the program, displaying a small window to launch-pad and number keys are similar to traditional telephone. Online authentication between the keychain and the Vonage servers usually 30-90 seconds to complete.

Important for V-Phone application to load the computer when the vehicle is not started hard, so do not worry t be debris left on someone else's computer when re-done. Disconnect the device and all the icons just disappear, and any trace that they ever existed.

V-Phone is equipped with a standard phone jack for plugging in earplugs, a set that includes the package from Vonage. This has several advantages: you do not have t different sound and audio ports Publication computers, and desktop PCs, you do not need t to unplug your earphones speakers.

Unit sells for $40, which did not include $10 activation fee and $10 for shipping. This is available for purchase online from Vonage now, and will be sold to wholesalers in September and $40 Rebate.

The plan calls as usual every Vonage account: $15 per month for 500 minutes, $25 for unlimited use of the home business and $35 for the service.

One thing is important to realize that the device comes programmed with their own numbers and calling plans. No option granted to Adapter and V-phone programmed with the same number. This means that if you choose to port your home number to Vonage existing V-Phone, your home will be without the services of each device to take the road.

This is practical for many businesses and other users willing to add additional Vonage account, not a transfer of an existing V-Phone.

This novel takes mobile Internet-based products using different levels. That's not good news for Vonage, which, as an industry leader, is in the envious position against opponents who cut prices and even giving away free cell phone in an effort to gain market share.

The bad news is that the Vonage device no-brainer - it's amazing that there are services provided previously. Vonage getting a big technology patent, and was convinced that the enemy will soon offer products that compete.

That competition can be better news for consumers.
