On April 2, 2008 Microsoft launched a new update to the latest Windows Mobile operating system. And this update - Windows Mobile 6.1 - Microsoft aims to improve one area that Microsoft is behind competitors RIM Blackberry OS, Symbian, and iPhone OS, namely: a user-friendly. And like the neck-and-neck competition between all the phone OS maker, Microsoft (which is now topping the phone only supports Palm OS) needs to do everything in their power to keep customers happy and woo the phone to another phone through their communities.
